From 7. That is when attention lasts through drills and a short game. Our youngest group is 7-8.
By 13-15 kids want to play, not just run around. The oldest group is about tempo, a teammate and a shot. If the child is older than 15, write and we will say honestly whether it makes sense.
Why this is not a courtyard kickabout
A courtyard has no plan. A session does: warm-up, ball work, a game. The coach sees who is lost and who is ready for harder work.
UEFA A, B, C and D licenses are not a sticker. They mean program, load and safety. For ages 7-15 that matters more than a glossy homepage.
Age groups cut injuries and frustration. A seven-year-old should not share a pitch with a fourteen-year-old. That is why we run four groups.
